SMT machine nozzle maintenance process
1, cleaning: Dip a small amount of alcohol, with a cotton swab in the suction nozzle hole positive and negative direction rotation several times.
2, through the hole: use a fine needle to clean the nozzle hole to remove impurities around the hole wall.
3. Blow: Blow air with an air gun at the suction nozzle hole for about ten seconds to remove internal residue.
4. Wipe: Use a dust-free cloth to gently wipe the reflective surface of the nozzle and keep it clean.
5, inspection: use an optical magnifying glass to carefully check the suction head, reflective surface and hole wall to ensure that there is no damage or foreign matter.
6. Degaussing: The suction nozzle moves back and forth above the degaussing device to eliminate possible magnetic interference.
7. Storage: Properly place the maintained nozzle into a clean nozzle box for subsequent use.
