Factors affecting the suction effect of the suction nozzle
insufficient vacuum negative pressure :
If the vacuum negative pressure is insufficient, the nozzle cannot effectively adsorb the component. In general, the negative pressure at the suction nozzle from the pick-up position to the installation position should be at least 400mmhg. When installing large equipment, the negative pressure should be greater than 70mmhg. The filter in the vacuum pump should be cleaned regularly to ensure that there is sufficient negative pressure.
Pressure relief of the air source circuit :
such as aging and rupture of the rubber gas pipe, aging and wear of the seals, etc., will lead to pressure relief of the air source circuit and affect the absorption effect of the suction nozzle.
nozzle blockage :
The nozzle may become blocked due to dust in the adhesive or impurities in the external environment. Finally, the cleanliness of the nozzle should be checked regularly, and the blocked nozzle should be cleaned or replaced in time.
